Finally
I received a lot of emails from people who were asking me when my website came online... well, finally it's running. (with great thanks to Arno)
From now on you can read how my training is going (and ofcourse my competitions and my life).
Well, i might as well start with today.
In this period of training the circuits are still very important. With a maximum of 20 minutes of work it's a very killing session. The circuit's excist of different exercises (for example: push ups, sit ups, squat jumps, berpes, crunches etc).
Every month Rudy and I do a test. We do every exercise 60 seconds and than , ofcourse, as much as possible.
When i tell someone that this is hard they answer with :"it's only one min, it can't be that hard" but i can assure you, 60 seconds of push ups makes you very, very lactic. As will all the other exercises.
so when i train the circuit i take 1/2 of my test results... we have 30sec between every exercise en all of that 2 or 3 times.
These sessions are pretty boring, but really important. In England they said to me : "When you want to skip a session, the circuit is not an option (unless you are injured).
But after last year Ican only say that it's worth it (going lactic during a circuit) ;-)
