aqua jogging

It's pretty boring to go to the pool three times a week, but I can't run yet so I try to simulte running with aqua jogging.
It's pretty hard though, because I haven't done any conditioning work since I twisted my ankle and now I have to work hard in the pool.

My medical team says I'm improving according to the book. Of course for me it's not fast enough ;-) It seems like it has been 3 months or so, but it only happened 4.5 weeks ago.
I'm very happy with my professional medical team. They make recovering a lot easier.

I want to say thanks to everyone who send me messages to support me. It means a lot to me.

update

After three weeks on crutches I have seen the doctor today. I received some good news, cause I can throw my crutches away. He thought I am walking good enough to go on without the 'sticks' .... And because I am more stabile now, I can start aquajogging which means I can start some running related work in the pool.

The doctor was happy with my rehabilitation and we made a plan for the next 2 weeks. The main goal is to increase the mobility and the stability.
