good recovery
Last tuesday the doctor took the stitches out. He said my ankle recovers well. He said I could start training again but that I have to be carefull as all the tissue in my ankle has adapted to my 'injured situation' which means i need to build up slowly to let the tissue adapt to the new situation.
Thursday I've set foot on the track for the first time since three weeks. With my physio I did some rehab training. Walking exercises, light drills, some jogging. It went pretty well, although my ankle felt a little stiff. I had some reaction that evening but the next day everything was back to normal.
I have the time to build up slowly, so we will take the time.
