progression
Sorry for not keeping the English part updated, but here is some news from me.
Since two weeks I started to pick up my training. Every week i'm doing a bit more. I started to do high jump and long jump related work and I also started some hurdling and running work.
My ankle is leading my training. So when my ankle stops me from doing something I will wait a week longer and try again. For now everything that we tried to add to the training went surprisingly well. I have the feeling i'm back in oktober training except the fact I can do it in a short tight and a T-shirt.
Since 2.5 week I can train properly for the shot and my coaches and me decided it would be nice to do a little competition to test where I am and where I need some work.
Technically it was the worse competitions in years. It was a complete chaos. I did not hit one shot right and I felt I could get so much more out of it then the 14.21m that I finished with. But considering the fact I'm not completely cured yet and that I only trained for 2 weeks, I am happy with the result.
My weights training is going very well. I'm a lot stronger then 2 months ago. I think that this is one of the reason why I couldn't hit the shot: I got stronger but didn't have the opportunity to add that in the technique. I'm sure I will be ok when I do my first heptathlon.
Well, that was it for now. I will try to keep you all updated a little bit more often.
bye
